After 45 years in the workplace, both freelance and as an employee I decided to harness my experience and Pay-It-Forward as an Online Coach and Writer for the Digital Market. My business is online and therefore I serve clients locally and internationally.
As an employee we are generally “married” to our jobs and careers for the security and financial stability they offer us. With the pandemic it has become abundantly clear that that having a fulltime job is a false sense of security with so many employees who have lost their jobs or had their hours reduced.
These unfortunate circumstances drove home the fact that employees are no longer “secure” in their jobs and they needed a side income to protect themselves and their families.
